Another good cop thriller starring Bruce Willis, though its full of action & mayhem it fails to achieve the level of the some of the great action cop thrillers such as Die Hard & Lethal Weapon. Overall it's a hit, but not a homerun.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Movie Review

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Director Tim Burton brings his unique vision and sensibility to the classic children's story Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Willy Wonka is the secretive and wildly imaginative man behind the world's most celebrated candy company, and while the Wonka factory is famously closed to visitors, the reclusive candy man decides to give five lucky children a chance to see the inside of his operation by placing "golden tickets" in five randomly selected chocolate bars.
Starring: Johnny Depp, Freddie Highmore, Helena Bonham Carter, & more
PG DVD Release: 11/08/2005
Chance Review
This was a very good movie I enjoyed it, & so did my kids. Johnny Depp did an excellent job playing a quirky & eccentric Willy Wonka. Plus I loved how Tim Burton showed us more of Willy Wonka's past explaining how & why he is this way. You either loved this movie or hated it & most who didn't like it were big fans of the original.

Troy Movie Review

Homer's sprawling tale of love and war in ancient Greece comes to the screen in all its grandeur in this epic-scale adventure.
Starring: Brad Pitt, Eric Bana, Orlando Bloom, Peter O' Toole, & many more
DVD Release: 01/04/2005
R Graphic Violence, Nudity, Sexual Situations
Chance Review
The scenery, battle scenes, and bit of Greek history lesson make this movie worth watching. The movies is good, but it could've been a great epic, equal to Braveheart or Gladiator. There were too many characters to get to know, so they were all underdeveloped to the point where you didn't care one way or the other what happens to them. If they would've spent more time developing Achilles or Hector, making either one of them bad or good, instead of trying to show both traits in each of them. Despite that it does entertaining moments with some good battles scenes & sword fighting.

This movie was great! Jamie Foxx gave a masterful performance. He captured the very essence of Ray Charles, after awhile it seemed as if Ray Charles was playing himself. If you haven't seen it yet, I recommend you go & buy this one because you will wanna watch it more than once.

This movie is awesome, the best portrayal of Batman to date. The movie shows how Batman came to be, where he gets his strength, & why he must be who he is. Showing Batman as he was meant to be. There also is lots of action, fighting, & awesome gadgets. They did this one right & I hope if there is a sequel it will be done in the same spirit.
